Certified IT Technicians - All our technicians are required to maintain at least 2 current Industry Standard IT Certifications and specifically certifications that relate to the industries our clients are in.

IT Support staff with a personality - As part of our vetting process for our staff, they are evaluated on their “bed side manner”. IT problems are hard to deal with as is so we make sure your not further burdened by a technician with an attitude or lack of compassion.

Every one of our clients are assigned 3 people to their Account - A Team Lead, a Primary technician and Backup technician. This allows our clients to get to know their support staff personally and not have to worry about 10 different technicians/individuals coming and going.
